Whosoever shall fall upon
that stone shall be broken; but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him
to powder.
The Living Word of God is His commandment; and as New Testament
believers Jesus Christ is written on our hearts by the Holy Spirit. The
Pharisees of Israel, religious spirits of their time, were so caught up in the
stone tablets of Mosaic Law that they were unable to receive the Person of God.
Their hearts had hardened to the point that God could not write on them, and
the Stone fell on them and ground them to powder. Today we must still align
ourselves with the Chief Cornerstone in order to function within His Body, and
be set free from religious spirits. We fall on the Stone in order to be broken,
and then he can fit us into place as living stones.
